I am an experienced digital strategy leader with a strong background in higher education, content management, and accessibility compliance. As Director of Digital Experience at Central Piedmont Community College, I lead cross-functional initiatives that improve user experience, streamline web governance, and ensure ADA and WCAG compliance across digital platforms. With a PMP certification and expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Siteimprove, and various content management systems, I bring both structure and agility to every project. My work is driven by a commitment to inclusive, data-informed digital experiences that support strategic goals and remove barriers for all users.
